Dr. Archana S. Ayyanathan is the Medical Director cum Executive Director and Team leader for overall management of the hospital. Dr. Archana S. Ayyanathan is a postgraduate specialist in IVF with academic merits and a high success rate in fertility treatment.
With over 15 years of experience in medicine and 8 years of experience in fertility treatment, she holds substantial expertise in the field. She is a university topper and Gold Medallist in MD–OG, and has undergone intensive training in Reproductive Medicine at NUH Singapore. She is also well-trained in Laparoscopy and hysteroscopy by the pioneers in the field of Gynaecological Endoscopy at UKSH, Kiel University, Germany. With her immaculate knowledge and amicable demeanour, Dr. Archana treats women of all age groups while ensuring that her patients are informed and aware at every step in the process of receiving adequate treatment and care. She is proficient in multiple languages, like Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, and English. With numerous successful cases, she has helped women achieve their dream of motherhood.

Dr. Archana S. Ayyanathan is double gold medalist during her post-graduation, formal ART training in Singapore, Gyn-endoscopy training at UKSH, Kiel University, Germany, Honorary Doctorate in Science from University of Milan, Italy, Post Graduate diploma in IVF & Reproductive Medicine, UAE & Germany, Diploma in Reproductive Medicine, Germany finally Masters in Reproductive Medicine & IVF, UK.
Her field of interest is reproductive medicine and reproductive immunology. She independently handles infertility cases – case history & examination, complete workup, diagnostic and operative hystero-laparoscopies, ovarian stimulations, oocyte retrieval and embryo transfers, donor cycles, surrogacy, male infertility, TESA, PESA, wide exposure in metroplasty and septal resections.
Mastering the Science of Life
She has performed more than 23,000 oocyte retrievals and over 24,000 embryo transfers, with a clinical pregnancy success rate of more than eighty per cent (90%). She is also one of the country’s very few IVF specialists who is an expert in doing the most difficult embryo transfers, including transmyometrial embryo transfers. She is well-trained in Gynaecological Surgeries, laparoscopy, and operative hysteroscopy. Obtained clinical training in IVF and sonography, especially fetal ultrasound. She is well-experienced in treating high-risk pregnancies, Obstetric Emergencies, General obstetrics, and Gynaecology.
Her success rate for live birth following the IVF / ICSI procedures is very commendable and can be quoted to be more than 80 per cent. She has been trained for IVF and other advanced procedures at many pioneer institutions in her field in Singapore, Germany, the UK, and Dubai. She has successfully treated thousands of infertile couples with her vast knowledge, clinical acumen, and expertise. She has been practising IVF for the past twelve years and has treated many challenging cases, which ended positively with take-home babies.
