We recently underwent IVF treatment and couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional care and support we received. Doctor was knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in my journey. From the initial consultation to the post-treatment follow-up, the entire process was handled with professionalism and kindness. However, waiting times were longer than expected, and there were instances where messages weren't conveyed to the doctor accurately by staff which was misleading to some confusion during delivery on timings but the treatment was successful.To improve, I suggest optimising communication and streamlining waiting times. Overall, a good experience, but some areas need attention.
